(Senior-) Project Manager (m/f/x) for Electrification, Control and Automation Projects
Tasks
You are the entrepreneurial mind with the technical expertise behind the implementation of our projects: you innovatively bring out the best for our customers, coordinate orders from the quotation phase onward, lead creative international teams, communicate at all levels and use your technical expertise to bring highly complex projects in the field of automation and electrical engineering to a successful conclusion.
- Management of projects in the field of automation and electrical engineering with complete project responsibility, including successful delivery and completion of assigned projects, as well as responsibility for project P&L
- Supervision/management of subcontractors, including local installers/fitters and system integrators
- Management and control of project resources allocated to the respective projects
- Technical leadership of a multicultural and partially distributed project team
- Change and addendum management
- Regular reporting of project key performance indicators (KPI's) to the department head
- Supporting our sales team as early as the quotation phase to ensure the technical feasibility of projects
Profile:
- Minimum bachelor´s degree or equivalent in electrical engineering / electronics engineering / automation engineering / Project Management
- Certification in project management according to IPMA, PMI, or comparable standards is desirable
- Multiple years of automation and/or electrification project management experience, using professional project management standards, preferably in the utility sector in a major E, I&C vendor
- Solid professional experience in engineering of modern plants in the process industry
- Knowledge of utility (power & water) sector markets and their dynamics
- Outstanding project management skills, leadership capabilities, personal responsibility and entrepreneurial spirit
- Strong communication skills, team spirit and independent and single-minded way of working
- Enjoying the new challenges of a growing company in a committed and dynamic team
- High level of intercultural sensitivity and readiness to travel (domestic and abroad)
- Fluent in German and English

Tasks:
The maintenance engineer ensures the availability, appropriate maintenance status and implementation of our strict security requirements for the industrial IT systems installed at our customers' premises within the scope of the respective service level agreement (SLA). He also carries out limited engineering adjustments for authorised customers that lie outside the project requirements.
- Planning and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance measures
- Update and patch management of installed software
- Planning, installation, maintenance and monitoring of our cyber security services
- DCS engineering
- Reporting on completed maintenance activities
- Continuous reporting and improvement of key performance indicators (KPIs) of the service contract
Profile:
- Completed studies in computer science or electrical engineering with relevant professional experience or qualified, completed vocational training in the field of electrical engineering
- Experience in the operation and maintenance of industrial automation solutions
- Basic knowledge of SCADA/DCS systems, including basic understanding of client-server operating systems, visualisation solutions, network components and cyber security solutions
